The Centro Studi e Documentazione di Castagna was established in 2008 with the aim of developing scientific research, dissemination and valorisation of Italian chestnut growing.
In the center there is an exhibition area completely dedicated to chestnut, which allows you to accommodate a large amount of material of different nature. This division is organized in such a way that the use of the information available can be easy for the visitor. The recipients of the study center are mainly professionals, as growers, producers, technicians, product processing companies, researchers, students, public and private bodies.
