The stories of our land

Bagno Di Romagna is distinguished by its waters of renowned therapeutic virtues, but also proudly guards numerous traditions of religious and folkloristic nature: one above all is the tradition of the Pasquella that comes to life on the Epiphany day and sees intonare benaugural songs, composed from rural verses and ancient origins, by groups of singers called “Pasqualotti”, who move from house to house. Another event not to be missed is the Sagra di Primavera, which animates the village of San Piero in Bagno, a hamlet of Bagno di Romagna, where in addition to flowers and plants you can find local craftwork, local gastronomic products and musical performances. Bagno di Romagna is also a good table: among the typical delicacies of this Municipality there are the “Bassotti” – tagliolini, strictly handmade, cooked in the pork broth – and the “Migliaccio di Grano” – a full-bodied dish made with flour, water, milk and pecorino
