An evocative route that runs along the ridge that runs along the south-west an environment characterized by calanchifera formations with typical broom vegetation and ‘on’, unforgettable during the flowering period (May). On the north-east side, instead, there are fruit orchards and cultivated fields. In the morning you can spot deer and even easier is the meeting with hares and pheasants. The departure is in front of the entrance to the Baths, from here you reach Piazza Mazzini and then along Via delle Sorgenti to the bridge near the old furnace. Immediately after the bridge, turn left into Via Rio Cozzi and after 50 meters you leave the main asphalted road, taking the gravel road on the right that starts to climb towards the hill (the deviation is indicated by the signal on the supporting wall). Continuing along the gravel road, past the house of the farm Mezza Collina, you climb between hedges of hawthorn and while the road becomes dirt, you reach the top of the ridge by entering the road that connects Converselle to Monte Poggiolo. At the junction, take a left, towards Converselle. From the church of Converselle you retrace your steps for about 100 meters and then follow, on the right, the asphalt road that goes down to the valley floor. Continue along the main asphalt road that runs along the Rio del Piano until you return to the bridge near the old furnace and then to the Via delle Sorgenti you return to the village.
