BAGNO DI ROMAGNAPARKS AND GARDENS
Millennial forest with a well-preserved habitat
This millenary forest between Romagna and Tuscany includes some of the most extensive and well-conserved forests and forests in Italy. The fauna that populates the park is very large. Among the animals that arouse more interest are: the wolf, the golden eagle, green woodpecker and black woodpecker, deer, fallow deer, roe deer, wild boar and mouflon.
The area extends between the provinces of Forlì-Cesena, Arezzo and Florence. The Valle del Montone, del Rabbi and the Valle del Bidente are part of the Romagna side. On the Tuscan side, instead, we find a small part of the Alta Val di Sieve and the Casentino.
