Il Sasso di San Zanobi is a rock Ophiolite identifiable by the greenish and purple striations that run through it.. This Boulder is a kind of natural terrace located between the Valley of the Santerno and Diaterna. In the surroundings you will find two other Ophiolite rocks: the Sasso della Mantesca and the Sasso delle Macine.
The feast dedicated to San Zanobi is celebrated at the foot of Sasso the first Sunday of July.
