The Palazzo Portinari was built in 1400 and subsequently underwent various transformations. The entrance portal is rusticated as well as Windows. Inside there is a fireplace that was carved a date. It seems that this building has been owned by Folco Portinari, father of Beatrice to Dante Alighieri. Today, the structure is a private residence.
