Simple but refined cuisine, with a particular search for the genuineness of the products. The menu of the restaurant presents a series of delicious appetizers of vegetables, our cold cuts (smoked and not) and local cheeses and ricotta. The products are mostly of own production: from oil, vegetables, bread and wine.
