It was 1459 when a small oratory was built which, following transformations and extensions, assumed the shape and structure of the current Santuario della Madonna delle Neve. The church is divided into three naves and its interior preserves the image of the Madonna col Bambino, a Florentine workshop painting of the late 1400s and a work of Emilian origins depicting Sant’Apollonia with Saint Agatha and Saint Lucia.
The Santuario della Madonna di Quadalto is run by the congregation of the Franciscan nuns Ancelle di Maria.
