The family management, started in 1971, considers the customer at the center of all attention by offering a personalized service.
The activity began thanks to the passion for good food and flavors of the territory by the parents of the owner Catia.
In 2009, the arrival at the restaurant of his eldest son Andrea (sommelier) made the proposal evolve with increasingly elaborate dishes.
From 2018 the youngest son Simone tries his hand in the kitchen after important experiences at San Domenico Imola (two Michelin stars) and Piazza Duomo Alba (three Michelin stars); the proposal evolves further towards dishes with many vegetables, light, clean and very deep taste.
