The Archaeological Museum of Sarsina is an Italian excellence. On display are a variety of exhibits from local dating to Roman times. This large amount of testimonials gives you an overview of the ancient city of Sarsina, the famous Latin playwright Plautus.
In its infancy, in 1890, the Museum served as a collection point, later they were also materials from the necropolis of Pian di Bezzo. In 1957 he was the acquisition of the City of Sarsina and the archaeological Superintendence collaborated to give a new life to the structure.
