Festival dei Sentieri Agrourbani
After the success of the first edition, which saw a great participation and participation of hikers, this year the Festival is structured as an intensive experience of what you do and live in the Modiglianese territory throughout the year.
Guided tours, tastings, concerts and art installations, wellness workshops, experiences for children, all in close contact with nature with the participation of artists such as Nicola Samorì, Chiara Lecca/Clarulecis, Verter Turroni and Giacomo Cossio.
/2 July: FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET: Be guided at sunrise, stop in the centre for a visit to the museum and a local meal, walk through ancient vineyards, explore in the light of sunset, listen to a concert and watch the stars.
The first day of July 2 is especially linked to local experiences: the GAE guides offer excursions at dawn with bioenergy lessons, visits among the vineyards and tastings in the winery, at sunset you can explore the lunar landscape of Trebbio and watch the stars with the group Astrophiles Antares.
Also the center will be populated by a series of events that will allow you to relax with holistic workshops in the beautiful view of Lady’s Bridge, listen to concerts, taste typical dishes or even visit museums or attend the presentation of the book of Darkam.
/3 July: EXPERIMENTAL RESERVE: venture into a real botanical garden of the forest of Montebello, discover art installations in the branches, sit on the lawn to listen to concerts, taste wild herbs, learn with the workshops the arts of nature and self care, have fun at the markets and games in the woods for children.
The day of July 3 is dedicated to the discovery of the reserve of Montebello, an experimental estate of over 300 hectares owned by the Municipality of Modigliana and in which you can observe tree varieties from all over the world.
Inside the woods you can listen to the acoustic music of Sunadur, move to the rhythm of percussion with the traditional dances, listen to the double bass of Antonio Cortesi or the guitars of the singer-songwriter and luthier Giulio Cantore, move to the rhythm of jazz with the Young Musicians European Orchestra.
There are also two artists who will enrich the path in the woods with site-specific installations, adding to the still visible works of Clarulecis, Giacomo Cossio and Verter Turroni.
Simone Luschi will bring his vision of wood sculpture, which recalls a three-dimensional illustrative atmosphere, inside the green of the forest in a bucolic and intimate atmosphere, while Francesca Pasquali, known for her aesthetic works in synthetic material, through metamorphosis processes will transmute the serial planting of the estate.
There will also be tastings of wild herbs, zero kilometer markets, art workshops, wellnes and children’s play area equipped by Decathlon Faenza. The reserve can be reached by shuttles departing from Piazza Matteotti.
