Not only food to «Cibò. So good!»

The festival of flavors of Italy Cibò. So good! has confirmed the collaboration between the municipalities of the first Italian interregional tourist system Romagna Toscana

On the occasion of the fourth edition of the Cibò So good! held at Palazzo Re Enzo in Bologna, the local producers met at the stand “Romagna Toscana – Terra di racconti”.

There were deco CCN of Palazzuolo sul Senio, the brand of products with municipal name at the first public release. Four farms palazzuolesi presented the main products of Apennine agriculture: brown flour, wheat flour and honey. The winemaker and winemaker Andrea Peradotto with the wine Pian di Stantino and Ridaccio. The chef of the restaurant and hotel Al Vecchio Convento di Portico di Romagna Matteo Cameli together with the pastry chef Alessio Calamini of the ice cream shop Le Delizie in Firenzuola.

The brand Romagna Toscana, registered by the leading municipality Castrocaro Terme and Terra del Sole, built by Liviana Zanetti during the term of president of APT Servizi Emilia Romagna, wants to encourage the birth of an active collaboration between citizens, entrepreneurs, producers and territories.

A chance Cibò So good! also to show that the collaboration between entrepreneurs and producers generates great food and makes you dream – says Francesco Guidarelli Deputy Mayor of Firenzuola -.

The storycooking “Romagna-Tuscany, Land of tales” that Sunday, April 24 saw the protagonists Alessio Calamini and Matteo Cameli has placed the focus on the territory and the flavors of the typical products of the forest. The “deer tartare with spruce shoots” followed by the “chestnut polenta with smoked sausages and the sheep ricotta ice cream”. The two dishes surprised and enchanted the public present at the event that through the food has lived the double experience of the communion of flavors, friendship and “our” Romagna Toscana.

Closing in style of the three days of Bologna with the talk-show Tuscan-Emilian Apennines: land of water and excellence, where Liviana Zanetti told how the association for the promotion of the municipalities of Romagna Tuscany was born.
