The menu varies according to the availability that the gardens and orchards of the organic farm of Corte San Ruffillo offer.
The two tasting menus “Lascia Fare a Noi”, 4 and 6 courses, represent a way to let yourself be led through a different experience, where the protagonist is the wonder of discovering, brought after course, the mastery of our chefs.
Part of the land is dedicated to the pasture of the Romagnole Cows, Slow Food presidium, and sheep that are raised with organic fodder grown on the farm.
From these factors comes the goodness of our meat, that of cured meats made with artisanal method, in the laboratories of La Fontana in Rocca San Casciano.
