Mezza Ca’ di Daga – Agricultural Society
On the pleasant hills of Rocca San Casciano, where the gaze sweeps towards the sea is located the farm Mezza Cà.
The solid company has a skilful family management that boasts a specific experience of over 50 years in the dairy sector.
The sheep farms generate a natural and genuine production of cheese and ricotta prepared without the use of machines and automatic equipment. Milk processing is also carried out in a traditional way without machinery. This is a symbol of regional and national gastronomic culture.
The Daga family is also dedicated to the organic production of cereals and forage that is used for the breeding of sheep and cattle while the excess is placed on the market.
