Cibò. So Good! Festival
From 22 to 24 April on the occasion of the Festival of flavors of Italy Cibò. So Good! at Palazzo Re Enzo in Bologna there will be the stand Romagna-Toscana – Land of stories.
Participating producers of deco CCN Palazzuolo sul Senio, Alessio Calamini Gelateria Le Delizie with the typical products of Firenzuola, Matteo Cameli chef of the restaurant and hotel Al Vecchio Convento di Portico di Romagna and Andrea Peradotto wine producer Pian di Stantino
First release of the project with Deco brand that will, in the initial phase, guarantee the typicality of honey and potatoes. Four farms palazzuolesi bring their main products representative of Apennine agriculture: brown flour, wheat flour palesio, honey. Taste of bread made with local flour, chestnuts and palesio. Taste of castagnaccio with brown flour and honey.
Sunday 24 at 14 am appointment with the Storycooking of Matteo and Alessio who will prepare two dishes with the products of the forest.
The recipe chosen is a deer tartare with spruce shoots that will be tasted at the end of the event to guests in the audience together with a dish revisited the gastronomic tradition of Firenzuola, chestnut polenta.
And finally we will talk about Romagna Toscana during the talk-show Tuscan-Emilian Apennines: land of water and excellence.
