Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli di Forlì e Cesena” was created to promote and enhance the area and tastes of Romagna.
The Association that gave birth to the project, consists of a hundred companies and several government agencies. The areas involved are that wine and food and the different services related to sustainable tourism. This course helps to give value to the many natural resources, historical, environmental and cultural that characterize the area.
The main products are promoted through the road of wines and flavours are:
wines , liqueurs and spirits; extra virgin olive oil of the hills of Romagna; honey, fresh and aged cheeses ; formaggio di fossa di Sogliano area; sweets of traditions; peach Nectarine IGP; cherries of Civitella and colli Cesena, Cesena Strawberry ; the Mora Romagnola, Romagna Bovine, porcine Castrato di Romagna; piadina, mushrooms and truffles; the historic-artistic handicraft products such as printed fabrics from Romagna.
